We will conduct initial screening and suitability interviews with a long-list of candidates with further in-depth interviews and psychometric testing with the strongest few. You will then receive a multimedia shortlist which along with resumes, psychometric results and our research and interview notes will include video interviews for each shortlisted candidate, accessible on all devices.

If required we can also facilitate referencing and certification validation.

This consists of a modest commitment fee payable at the commencement of the engagement with the balance based on success, payable on commencement of employment of the selected candidate.

Our risk-free guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with the shortlist we deliver we will refund the commitment fee. Therefore, in the unlikely event that you are not pleased with our work, there is no cost to you.

We also offer a 100% rebate or free replacement if the candidate leaves for reasons other than redundancy within the first 6 months of employment.
